- Innovation – The importance of innovation is also a significant element offered to our Principals and customers. Warehousing, van sales and marketing have recently implemented new technological solutions that provide us a greater ability to manage product sales and develop our brands' images.
- Trade Marketing – With a Merchandising Team of over 70 persons we ensure that our brands always have fresh facings and stand out against the competition wherever they may be (see Trade Marketing).

Stephen Welch, who communicates several years of experience in the FMCG industry, heads the Division. He is partnered with a competent and experienced team of managers specialising in Sales, Marketing, Food Services and Van Sales and Distribution. Sales and Marketing professionals, Customer Service Representatives and Administrative staff further support the Division.

BelVitaBelVita is a brand of breakfast biscuit sold by Mondelēz International and offers nutrition and sustainable energy to get you through the morning. First introduced in 2012, belVita comes in convenient, specifically portioned, individual packs of four crunchy biscuits and as of 2015, belVita Bites was introduced to the market. A.S. Bryden and Sons (Trinidad) Ltd. carry belVita in Golden Oat, Blueberry and Cinnamon Brown Sugar and belVita Bites in Chocolate. CadburyCadbury was founded almost 200 years ago when John Cadbury opened a shop in Bull Street, Birmingham in 1824. In 1905 Cadbury launched the world-famous Dairy Milk bar – still going strong today. Cadbury & others also started making 'Countlines' – bars with other ingredients like nougat, wafer & honeycomb, covered in chocolate – think of Crunchie & Mr. Big.
CGACGA products range from consumer packaged margarines to industrial baking and frying fats and are used by bakers and fast food franchises throughout the region.
