In order for you to get the most benefit from our new site, we've highlighted some of the most important features of our new design:
Our new header menu is always visible while navigating the site and contains links to most of the site's subpages. It also highlights the other entities which comprise the Brydens Group of Companies, and prominently displays the Company's phone number for ease of reference. Finally, the "Retail Shopping" link on our header redirects consumers to our online retail shops. From here you can browse and purchase our products.
Located at the bottom right of the screen you can now easily access a chat widget which can be used to get quick feedback to questions during our operational hours. (8:00am to 4:15pm Mon-Fri). Messages sent after hours will be responded to promptly on the next work day.
With mobile devices quickly becoming the primary way of interacting with the web, we've put a strong emphasis on ensuring that our site is user-friendly on all devices - desktop, tablet, and mobile phones. Everyone can now interact with Brydens whether they're at home, work, or on the go.
Many potential customers want to get a better idea of the brands we carry so we've improved our design to make the information gathering process much more enjoyable. All our brand profiles now include a short description as well as product photos.
Not many people know that Brydens offers after-sale service for many of our brands. Our new Service Center page is located in both the header and footer of the website. From here you can easily source information about the brands we service and how to book service appointments.
We've now also added a Promotions page, which can be found in the site's footer. This page will provide details on our seasonal promotions across all product categories from which consumers can easily partake.
Our new website is just the first stage in our goal of becoming a digital-first organization. Brydens Trinidad & Tobago also recognizes the importance of online commerce and will be rolling out additional solutions in the very near future. We're also focused on enhanced online experiences for our customers across the entire group of companies, both in Trinidad and Tobago and across our operating islands.
